I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Nationally Certified through NCBTMB. In a typical session, I combine Deep Tissue and Swedish massage techniques as well as specific stretching and cranial moves based on your needs. At the beginning of each session, I like to sit with you to discuss your goals for bodywork.
